Frequently asked questions
What areas do you cover?
On-site audits are available in Cyprus. Remote safety checks can be carried out for homes anywhere in the world.
Do you fix things?
No. We identify and prioritise the risks, and we can recommend contractors who can carry out the work. Keeping the audit separate from the repairs means our advice stays independent.
Is this a certification?
No. The audit is an assessment with practical recommendations. It does not certify your home, or any installation in it, as compliant with a standard or regulation.
What happens to photos and data?
We take photos only with your permission, and only to prepare your report. Your photos and details are kept securely, are not shared without your consent, and are kept only as long as needed. You can ask us to delete them at any time. The Privacy Notice explains how long we keep your data and what your rights are.
Can it be bought as a gift?
Yes. Choose "Yes" under "Is this a gift?" and add the recipient's details in the concerns box. We will agree the arrangements with you and arrange access with them.
